Please note that the following information relates to returning a parcel from within the UK.

In the unlikely event that one of the MiRiDER products isn’t for you, then please read the information below to make a return.

In addition to the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you can cancel any order within 14 days of receiving your original order*. You will be refunded the full cost of your order, plus up to a maximum of £2.99 for the original delivery cost associated with your order (regardless of the delivery service used).

How to return items

Please note the following:

  • Goods must be returned in original condition and in their original packaging and will be inspected on return.
  • Goods remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse (if arranged by yourself), so please ensure they’re properly packed and can’t get damaged on the way.
  • Try to use clear or plain tape when securing the original box/packaging. You may wrap the products and parcel(s) in some kind of additional packaging i.e. refuse sacks or boxes.

Customer return

If you are arranging the return, then please use a tracked and insured service. Please retain receipt of postage as we cannot take responsibility for your parcel if it does not arrive back to us. In such circumstances, we would, unfortunately, not be able to offer a refund.

Arranged collection

If you wish for us to arrange a collection from your home or business address, there will be a charge of £19.99 per box. The collection charge will be deducted from your refund. Our aftersales team will arrange the collection at your convenience.

More information

We regret that we cannot issue refunds or exchanges after the 14 day period, as outlined in the Consumer Contracts Regulations. We understand that goods need to be examined and, in some cases, assembled; however, you as the consumer have a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. Where returns are accepted, please be aware that this process can typically take 5-7 working days to complete.

This returns policy does not affect your legal rights. Details of your legal rights are available from the Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Consumer Direct.

Item damaged or Faulty?

In the unlikely event that one of your MiRiDER products is damaged during delivery or develops a fault then please read the information below to report it.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty this must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item. Beyond this period any fault to the product must be reported as soon as is reasonably possible. We may ask the customer to provide details of the fault or damage so we can assess the best way to deal with the problem.

  • Goods remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse (if arranged by yourself), so make sure they’re properly packaged and can’t get damaged on the way.
  • Try to use clear or plain tape when securing the original box/packaging. You may wrap the products and parcel(s) in some kind of additional packaging i.e. refuse sacks or boxes.
  • MiRiDER products are covered by a 2 year warranty. To check if any fault is covered see our warranty page for full details.

More information

You will be notified via phone/email as soon as we have inspected the return. Once they have been assessed, you will then be issued with a replacement (if the items cannot be repaired) or a refund.

Typically this may take 5-7 working days. If the item is not faulty, MiRiDER will contact you to discuss the next procedure. See product warranty information here.

Under some circumstances (usually when a product is no longer within the warranty period) we may be able to offer spare parts. Please note that products sold as spares have a 3 month warranty.
